These terms cover peptidesms.com and campaign audit requests. A paid workspace gets a separate service order. If the two conflict, the service order wins for that client.

The service

PeptideSMS maps store events from Omnisend or your CRM to registered SMS campaigns and sends the texts. We do not promise a carrier will approve a campaign, and we will not place promo traffic on a care or transactional campaign.

Your store

You must have authority to send to the numbers you give us. You keep records of opt in. You honor STOP and HELP. You do not ask us to mix marketing and care on one registered campaign.

Pricing

Plan bands on the site are positioning, not a quote. SMS is pass through at our rate plus an agreed margin, or a bundled allotment. You can cancel a new workspace before the first live send.

Site use

Do not probe, scrape, or abuse the lead API. Do not submit other people’s data in the audit form without their permission.
