PeptideSMS runs SMS automation for peptide brands. This page covers the marketing site and the audit form on peptidesms.com. Client message traffic on the Worker is covered by the service agreement for that store.

What we collect

The audit form collects your name, work email, store domain, and the first flow you want live. Server logs may include the email domain, the selected need, and whether a store was provided. We do not sell this list.

How we use it

We use audit requests to reply with a campaign map and a number plan. If a lead webhook is configured, the Worker forwards the same fields to that endpoint so the team can respond.

SMS and opt out

Marketing texts require documented opt in. Reply STOP to end marketing or care texts on that program. Reply HELP for help. Transactional order and shipping texts follow the campaign they were registered under.

Processors

The site and the lead API run on Cloudflare Workers. We send client texts on registered campaigns. Ecommerce events may come from Omnisend or whatever CRM you already run, including Shopify, Klaviyo, or a generic HTTP hook you control.
