PeptideSMS runs full funnel SMS and email for peptide brands. This page covers the marketing site, the Book a call form, the booking page, and the support add on form on peptidesms.com. Client message traffic on the Worker is covered by the service agreement for that store.

What we collect

The Book a call form and the booking page collect your name, work email, store domain, and what you need. The booking page also collects the day, time, timezone, and an optional note. The support form may also include a short note. Server logs may include the email domain, the selected need, and whether a store or time was provided. We do not sell this list.

How we use it

Call requests and booked times are emailed to the team. After a homepage request, we send you to the booking page to pick a time. Support add on requests go to the same inbox so we can price the care lane. If a lead webhook is configured, the Worker forwards the same fields to that endpoint so the team can respond.

SMS and opt out

Marketing texts require documented opt in. Reply STOP to end marketing or care texts on that program. Reply HELP for help. Transactional order and shipping texts follow the campaign they were registered under.

Processors

The site and the lead API run on Cloudflare Workers. Call requests, booked times, and support add on requests are emailed by the Worker through Cloudflare Email Service, or Resend if that key is set. After a call request, we send you to the PeptideSMS booking page to pick a time. We send client texts on registered campaigns. Ecommerce events may come from Omnisend or whatever CRM you already run, including Shopify, Klaviyo, or a generic HTTP hook you control.
